NestLoops is operated by BriskNest US LLC, a Texas domestic limited liability company (Texas SOS filing number 6000016199, Certificate of Formation filed October 8, 2026), doing business as NestLoops. Contact: hello@nestloops.com.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, email address and basic profile from Google or Meta sign-in.
- YouTube data (via YouTube API Services): your channel ID, the list of uploaded videos and their metadata (title, description, publish date), and the video files of Shorts you choose to repost.
- Meta data: IDs and names of the Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages you connect, plus the access tokens needed to publish Reels for you.
- Usage and logs: repost history (the no-duplicate ledger), errors and settings.
How we use it
We use this data only to provide NestLoops: detecting new Shorts, publishing them as Reels to the destinations you pick, applying your caption rules, preventing duplicate posts and alerting you about failures. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers who help us run NestLoops (such as hosting), or when the law requires it.
YouTube API Services
NestLoops uses YouTube API Services. By using NestLoops you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke NestLoops' access anytime at Google security settings. NestLoops' use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Meta platform data
Data from Instagram and Facebook is used only to publish content you've authorized and to show you the status of each post. We follow the Meta Platform Terms. You can remove NestLoops anytime under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or in Instagram's settings.
Storage and retention
Access tokens are stored encrypted. Video files are kept only as long as needed to complete an upload and then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete it or disconnect your account.

Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted token storage and limited access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
NestLoops is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
Changes
We'll post any updates here and change the effective date above.
