NestLoops is operated by BriskNest US LLC, a Texas domestic limited liability company (Texas SOS filing number 6000016199, Certificate of Formation filed October 8, 2026), doing business as NestLoops. Contact: hello@nestloops.com. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean BriskNest US LLC.
The service
NestLoops automatically reposts YouTube Shorts from channels you connect as Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels. The service is in early access and may change or be unavailable at times.
Your account
You must be at least 13 and authorized to manage every channel, account and Page you connect. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to access, copy and publish it only as needed to run the service on your instructions. You confirm you have the rights to post the content to each destination.
Third-party platforms
NestLoops uses YouTube API Services. By using NestLoops you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Use of Instagram and Facebook is subject to Meta's terms. NestLoops is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube or Meta. We aren't responsible for changes, limits or outages on those platforms.
Acceptable use
Don't use NestLoops for spam, infringing or illegal content, or anything that violates platform rules.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, BriskNest US LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed or failed posts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Termination
You can stop using NestLoops and delete your data anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If you keep using NestLoops after an update, you accept the new Terms.
